JAI KISAN HDPE Pipes and Coils are precisely manufactured under the supervision of qualified professionals, using quality tested raw materials that is sourced from authentic vendors.
It is made of either of three grades of HDPE i.e. PE-63, PE-80 and PE-100.
These HDPE pipes are available in sizes 32mm to 200mm in pressure rating of PN 2.5, PN 4, PN 6, PN 8, and PN 10 in all three grades PE-63, PE-80 and PE-100.
Our pipes are Highly durable / Long lasting, Non toxic, strong, ductile, Hydraulically smooth and self restrained (Monolithic), Resistent to Superior corrosion, chemical, weather and abrasion, Safe for drinking water with no toxic or chemical contamination.
Moreover they are light weight with only 0.95grams/cm2 , which means their weight is 1/5th of steel pipes of the same size. They are highly flexible i.e. they can be bent as much as 25-40 times of the pipe diameters, thus reducing unnecessary pipe joints. They have Easy weld ability than other metal based pipe and Super smooth internal surface, reducing the chance of pipe cloggage. A rust proof and high resistence to damaged chemicals, make the product last upto 50 years.
